Ok so next up on the brewer's table in Nevaeh Poh 1.2 It will soon get an an upgrade as I will be going completely all grain. This one might take some tweaking as I have to figure out how to take a 5 gallon part grain/part extract and turn in into all grain 16 gallon batch. Only time will tell...but let me tell you this...hops...yes hops...will dominate this brew and your tastebuds!!!!! (evil laugh)ha ha ha ha ha!
