Ok...so I have been away for awhile...and I am going to update this into 1 big update! So here it is....first up is the Paulaner Hefeweizen. This is probably considered number 1 in the world when it comes to a good Hefe...I would probably go with Franziskaner but anyways here is my take. Cloudy like a hefe should be...not to yeasty like one would expect. This one is definitely has a citrus taste to it compared to most. Goes down fast as one would expect. Higher carbonation than most yet still has somewhat of a spicy aroma/taste. 4 beer chips out of 5
