Ok so last night I got a chance to try Victory Brewing Co.'s newest brew, the Wild Devil (in a 1pint 6oz corked bottle). This 6.7% abv brew was very tasty! It was slightly more carbonated than I had anticipated and it had a little sour taste to it. Complex malt flavor. Had a little citrus taste, yet slightly hoppy. From the information I have gathered they basically took their infamous HopDevil and subjected it to a wild yeast strain during fermentation...and this does not taste anything like HopDevil. Kinda similar to a belgian style ale I would assume. For this interesting brew I proudly give this a 5 out of 5 beer chips!
